North Fork bus driver found guilty of OVI

A former North Fork School District bus driver was found guilty of operating a vehicle while intoxicated in Licking County Municipal Court Friday.Tammi Smith was found guilty of OVI and will serve three days in jail along with paying court fines and costs of $1,187.The OVI happened last July with Smith tested more than three times the legal limit.Smith, however, was allowed to go back to her job as a bus driver after a clerical error.
