Norfolk Southern cuts WV-Columbus line

Columbus has a little less rail activity from Norfolk Southern, after the railroad idled service on sections of a 253-mile line between West Virginia coal country and Columbus. Cuts to the West Virginia Secondary line are part of an overall reorganization, including layoffs and consolidation of business units.
