No abortion clinics cited over disposal of fetuses

The Ohio Department of Health has not cited Planned Parenthood or any current abortion clinic for improper disposal of fetal remains in the past five years, according to a Dispatch review of state inspection reports. Health Department officials said they check only to see that clinics have valid contracts for disposing of fetal remains.
