Nintendo cancels production of the NES Classic game console

It's the end of the line for a classic video game console. Nintendo is officially discontinuing its NES Classic gaming console.The company says the last shipments will roll out this month. Late last year, Nintendo sold its classic console for $60 complete with a retro controller.It was so popular, stores struggled to keep it in stock.Nintendo didn't say why they are discontinuing the gaming console. But, the company did say that the NES Classic was always meant to be a limited time offering.
