Newark man charged in two rape incidents

A Newark man convicted of sexual assault a decade ago has been indicted on rape and kidnapping charges stemming from two reported sexual assaults last month. The charges against Robert Black Jr., 31, were filed in Licking County Common Pleas Court on Thursday. He’s charged with three counts of rape and two counts of kidnapping.
