New Rt. 16 overpass at Cherry Valley Road to eliminate Licking County bottleneck

For years, drivers traveling along Rt. 16 in Licking County have slowed to a halt for the traffic light at Cherry Valley Road, with cars often backed up in bumper-to-bumper traffic during rush hour. But now, as motorists make their daily crawl through the intersection, they see the start of an interchange project that is expected to speed their commute.
