New Franklin County sheriff says he wants to improve office, not change it

Dallas Baldwin will be the next Franklin County sheriff. But many Franklin County residents are asking themselves the same question: Who? Baldwin pulled off the primary election’s biggest upset on Tuesday when he beat Sheriff Zach Scott in the Democratic primary. It was Baldwin’s first race and he was going against a well-known sitting sheriff.
