There's a new Sheriff in town. The signage has already been changed at the Franklin County Sheriff's Office, signaling a new era in Franklin County law enforcement.Franklin County's new Sheriff has been making the rounds, swearing in each of his nearly 1200 employees for another four-year term.This week Dallas Baldwin takes the helm of what he said is the largest sheriff's office in the state."Really happy to finally be in office," Baldwin said. "Transition period was a long time. From March all
