New design for Whetstone might allay flood-plain concerns

Columbus City Schools might be allowed to rebuild Whetstone High School after all. The Ohio School Facilities Commission now says that it might have been too hasty in informing the district that the school's position in the Olentangy River's flood zone ruled out using state money for the project.
