New building in Upper Arlington to include restaurant, luxury units

UPPER ARLINGTON — The Upper Arlington Board of Zoning and Planning has approved plans to demolish a two-story building at 1515 W. Lane Ave. and replace it with a three-story structure that would include a restaurant on the first floor and luxury apartments on the upper floors.
