New Albany joins with Johnstown, Jersey Township to form united front on development

Local governments in western Licking County have started planning for a shared vision for the area’s future. The Western Licking County Accord aims to bring together Johnstown, New Albany and Jersey Township leaders and residents to evaluate everything from possible design standards to development boundaries, as well as water and sewer issues in the area, said Johnstown Village Manager Jim Lenner.
