New 28-Unit Condo Development Proposed Downtown

The build-out continues of Neighborhood Launch, the Edwards Companies’ seven-and-a-half-acre residential development in Downtown Columbus.
With construction wrapping up on the first phase of Sixth Street Mews — a 13-unit condo project that sits just south of The Welsh community center — plans for phase two have been submitted to the Downtown Commission.
