Nationwide dropping risky drivers

Nationwide is getting out of the non-standard auto-insurance business that traditionally provides coverage to drivers identified as being more risky because they have had multiple accidents or tickets or a gap in coverage. Drivers with non-standard coverage will be able to maintain their existing policies with Nationwide until they expire, and Nationwide will continue to service them and handle claims until then. Nationwide figures it will take two years before it exits the business.
