Murder suspect arrested in Kozy Inn shooting

A South Side man charged with murder in a fatal shooting at a South Side hotel on Saturday was arrested by Columbus police early Monday. Monteria L. Watkins, 32, was located by SWAT officers early Monday, police said. Watkins was taken to the Franklin County Jail.
