Multiple units destroyed by fire at northeast Columbus apartment

Firefighters are on the scene of a two-alarm structure fire in the 5000 block of Buffalo Run in northeast Columbus.Fire crews were dispatched to the area Wednesday afternoon.Over a dozen fire crews are on the scene working to control the flames from spreading.Officials on the scene say the fire damaged multiple units to the apartment building.The residents of as many as eight units made their way out safely.
