Mt. Sterling administrator indicted for corruption

Joseph Johnson, former village administrator for the Madison County village of Mt. Sterling, was arrested by the Madison County Sheriff’s Office.46-year-old Johnson had resigned as Mt. Sterling’s administrator this January.
