Mount Vernon theater renovation could force out coffee shop

MOUNT VERNON, Ohio — An effort of more than a decade to reclaim part of Mount Vernon's past is finally near completion, but the renovation of the Woodward Opera House has made the future of a popular coffee shop uncertain. Plans for the building may not include a new lease for Sips, whose lease ends at the end of March.
