Mount Carmel Health System parent company names interim CEO

COLUMBUS, Ohio - Trinity Health announces Michael Englehart as the interim chief executive officer for Mount Carmel Health System.Engelhart is taking over amid 23 employees being fired and two executives leaving as a part of an investigation into the fatal overdose deaths involving Dr. William Husel.President and CEO Ed Lamb also announced he would be resigning last week and Executive VP & Chief Clinical Officer Dr. Richard Streck would be retiring at the end of September.Husel faces 25 murd
