Mount Carmel, doctor face another wrongful death lawsuit

COLUMBUS – Another wrongful death lawsuit has been filed against Mount Carmel, its former doctor William Husel and two other unnamed caregivers.More than two dozen lawsuits have been filed against the hospital and Husel since 10 Investigates broke the news of the patient overdose scandal in January.The latest lawsuit alleges that Ryan Hayes received a lethal dose of fentanyl and died at Mount Carmel West on April 4, 2017.The hospital fired Husel in December following an internal investigat
