Motorcyclist killed in southeast Columbus crash

COLUMBUS, Ohio — A motorcyclist is dead after a crash in southeast Columbus on Thursday, according to police.Police said the motorcyclist hit a barrel after 7 p.m. on State Route 104 in the westbound lanes near Alum Creek Drive.The person was taken to Grant Medical Center and later pronounced dead, according to police.SR-104 is closed at US-33.
