Mother who lost son to heroin says state needs to attack problem differently

State records show fentanyl-laced heroin is killing the most people between the ages of 25 and 34.Among them, 25-year old Tony Sabat. His mother is speaking out in hopes her message will convince someone to put the needle down and get help.His mother, Cindy Hejl, knew her child wasn't well but never thought his life would end so soon.“We knew he was abusing prescription drugs but we never expected he would use heroin,” she said.Accidental overdoses killed 8 people a day in Ohio last
