Mother indicted in connection with newborn daughter's fatal overdose

A mother has been indicted in connection with the fatal overdose of her 27-day-old daughter in April.According to the Franklin County Coroner’s Office, Loucia Kinsell had cocaine and methadone in her system.It is not clear how the drugs entered the infant's system.The report shows Kinsell was in bed with her parents and her mother, 26-year-old Nina Straty, had breastfed the baby a few hours earlier.
