Morrow County man on trial in string of humane society break-ins

DELAWARE, Ohio — James Blankenship used walkie-talkies and the stealth of night to break into animal shelters and humane societies in 17 counties in order to fuel his drug habit and those of his accomplices, prosecutors said in Delaware County Common Pleas Court Tuesday.
