More charges filed in OXYwater fraud case

A third defendant in a sports-drink fraud case was hit with more charges Thursday when a federal grand jury in Columbus issued a superceding indictment against him. Kevin R. Foster, 42, of Montclair, New Jersey, was charged in an original, seven-count indictment with wire fraud and other charges in July 2016.
