More central Ohio kids to gain access to preschool

Public preschool might not yet be universal in the U.S., but access to preschool is expanding across Franklin County because of public investment. Columbus City Schools plan to add at least five prekindergarten classrooms to the district for each of the next five years, using early-education funding from the city and state.
