COLUMBUS - The Franklin County Sheriff's Office is trying to find Lewis C. Brooks, 59.He is charged with three counts of drug trafficking, and one charge of engaging in corrupt activity.He is 5'7", 145 lbs.The Franklin County Sheriff's Office has been looking for Brooks since September.
