Monday's Most Wanted: Heather Lynn Tapia

The Franklin County Sheriff's Office is trying to find 47-year old Heather Lynn Tapia. She is wanted for aggravated vehicular homicide and driving under the influence.She has eight other prior OVI convictions.In July,police say Tapia was driving when she crashed, killing her passenger Audrey Gartin.It happened in north Columbus at the intersection of Morse Road and Cleveland Avenue.Tapia's last known address was in the North Linden area.
