Mobile-food operator DJ’s serving meals far and wide

This year, brothers Ron and Shad Severance went on tour with Mumford and Sons, cooked for Paul McCartney and fed more than 400,000 people at the Miramar Air Show in San Diego. DJ’s National Food Services, an Orange Township business that’s one of the largest mobile food operators in the country, also positioned itself to do a great deal more such work as a result of its new relationship with a related company.
