Mixed-Use Project in Franklinton to Break Ground Next Month

The long wait for actual construction to begin on the first new large-scale residential development in Franklinton appears to be over. Casto announced that a groundbreaking ceremony is scheduled for April 3rd for its 230-unit mixed-use project between Rich Street and the Scioto River.
