Mitchell plans ground-floor, rooftop locations in new Short North project

Cameron Mitchell Restaurants will add a fourth location to its portfolio in the Short North. The company signed a lease in a building planned for 711 N. High St., which is currently a parking lot. Mitchell will have a ground floor restaurant and a rooftop space as well, according to a statement from the company. The building, being developed by Wood Cos. and Schiff Capital Group, will be nine stories tall and consist mostly of office space.
