Millersport man indicted on abduction, sexual imposition charges

NEWARK, Ohio — A Millersport man arrested last month after reportedly abducting a 19-year-old woman in Newark has been indicted on abduction and sexual imposition charges. The indictment filed Thursday in Licking County Common Pleas Court charges Thomas Cheney, 78, with single counts of each offense.
