Millennial Tower Proposal Going Back to Downtown Commission

Arshot Investment Corporation is bringing its Millennial Tower proposal back to the Downtown Commission tomorrow, just over a year after the ambitious development was first announced.
The new proposal calls for a 28-story building at the southwest corner of Front and Rich Streets, three floors taller than the previous iteration. Although there are tweaks to the design, the overall look is similar to the proposal brought before the commission in May of last year.
