Military recruiters target some Franklin County schools

All public school districts are required by federal law to give military recruiters access to their students — as much access as any recruiter for colleges or other careers would get. But access means different things to different districts. Certain schools embrace the military, while others are less open to it. At the same time, recruiters prioritize which high schools they visit.
