Military: Base makes changes after 'active shooter' reaction

DAYTON, Ohio (AP) — A year after a chaotic "active shooter" false alarm at an Air Force base in Ohio, a base official says a review of the scare and the response to it has led to improvements.The Dayton Daily News reports installation commander Col.
