M/I Homes a partner in Riviera project

M/I Homes is working with developer Charles Ruma to build homes on the Riviera Golf Club in Dublin. The Columbus homebuilder and Ruma have formed a partnership called Riviera Ventures, which bought the property in August from the American Italian Golf Association.
