Mayor Ginther unveils safety initiatives, 2018 budget

Columbus Mayor Andrew J. Ginther unveiled new safety initiatives along with a preview of the 2018 operating budget.Ginther announced the initiatives from the Barack Community Recreation Center in south Columbus Thursday afternoon.
