Martin O'Malley won't appear on Ohio's primary ballot
Democrat Martin O’Malley won’t appear on Ohio’s March 15 Democratic presidential primary ballot, having fallen short of the signatures needed to qualify. Gia Harrison, spokeswoman for Ohio Secretary of State Jon Husted, said today that O’Malley submitted 1,175 signatures of registered voters, but only 772 were found valid by county boards of election; 1,000 signatures are required.
