Mark Smith resigns from Ohio Board of Education

Mark A. Smith, an at-large member of the Ohio Board of Education, will resign from the panel. Smith is president of Ohio Christian University in Circleville and one of eight members appointed to the state board by Gov. John Kasich. Smith joined the board in January 2013.
