Manager tackles robbery suspect in East Columbus

Columbus Police are investigating a robbery that was in progress right before closing time at The Old Bag of Nails Pub on Nelson Road. It happened around 9:45 p.m. Sunday when a male suspect knocked on the door and pointed a gun at the manager who opened the door. The suspect demanded the manger give him all the money in the restaurant. The manager led the suspect to the safe, and tackled him. Other employees helped pin the suspect down and call police.
