Man with heavy face tattoos wanted for robbing aquarium store

Columbus police are on the hunt for a man accused of robbing northwest side pet store and other crimes around the city.Police say 37-year-old Robert Ratliff and another man robbed the Aquarium Adventures store on West Dublin-Granville Road on July 21.Authorities didn't reveal what was taken during the crime.Earlier this week, Ratliff resisted arrest and fled a pawn shop on Livingston Avenue.Ratliff is also wanted by police in Grove City, Hilliard and Upper Arlington.Anyone with information on hi
