Man to face federal charges after reportedly shining laser at CPD chopper

COLUMBUS - Columbus Police arrested a man accused of pointing a laser at the department's helicopter as it flew on the west side of town.The police pilot reported several incidents of laser lights coming into the cockpit in the overnight hours on Thursday morning.
