Man sentenced in fatal wreck

In court, Paul C. Morris choked up as he apologized to the family of a Columbus woman killed in a crash on Nov. 13, 2013. But a court officer interviewing Morris for a pre-sentencing report had said Morris seemed "irritated" at being asked questions.
