Man pleads guilty to 2011 rape of Ohio State student

A man has been sentenced to 17 years in prison for the rape of an Ohio State student in 2011.Travis Niemi pleaded guilty to aggravated burglary, aggravated assault and rape Thursday.In June 2011, police said Niemi broke into the apartment of a 22-year-old student in the middle of the night, beat her unconscious and raped her.Niemi took off before police arrived.In November 2015, Niemi was caught by police breaking into a business in Orlando.His blood from that scene was entered into the DNA data
