Man killed in motorcycle crash on East Side

John R. Wharton, 29, was riding northbound on Stelzer Road between East 7th Avenue and East 11th Avenue, just south of John Glenn Columbus International Airport, shortly before 12:30 a.m. when he lost control of the motorcycle, Columbus police said.
