Man killed in Mifflin Township house fire; firefighter injured

A man was killed in a Mifflin Township fire on Friday. Township firefighters were called around 5:40 p.m. to the 2400 block of Lindale Road. A man inside a home there was pronounced dead. His name had not yet been released by late Friday. A firefighter was taken to OhioHealth Riverside Methodist Hospital with injuries that were not believed to be serious.
