Man injured in west Columbus shooting

A man is recovering after being shot in the leg in west Columbus Thursday night.According to Columbus Police, officers were dispatched to the area of W. Broad Street and Steven Avenue around 7 p.m.The victim told police he was standing on the porch visiting friends when an unknown individual in a silver Honda Civic fired multiple gunshots, striking him in the leg.The victim was taken to a local hospital in stable condition.Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact Colum
