Man injured in Newark apartment fire identified

NEWARK, Ohio – One person was injured after a fire in an apartment building Wednesday evening, according to the Newark Fire Department.Firefighters responded to the 900 block of Grafton Avenue around 7:20 p.m. The fire happened in a third-floor apartment.Neighbors said the man in the apartment jumped out of the window where others tended to him before first responders arrived.Authorities identified the man as 24-year-old Randall Mohler.
