Man indicted for allegedly selling heroin that killed 23-year-old

A man has been indicted for involuntary manslaughter after he sold heroin to someone that later died as a result of an overdose on the drug.Kyle Smith, 32, also faces charges of corrupting another with drugs, trafficking in heroin, possession of heroin with specification and one count of aggravated possession of drugs with specification.According to Franklin County Prosecutor Ron O’Brien, Smith allegedly sold the heroin to 23-year-old Ian Oglesbee at his home on E. 13th Avenue.The followin
