Man in custody after SWAT situation ends in northwest Columbus

COLUMBUS - Police have a man in custody after a SWAT situation ended in northwest Columbus.A SWAT team was dispatched to an apartment building around 2 a.m. Sunday in Michaelkenney Lane and Abbey Church Road., according to Columbus police.Authorities told 10TV, they ordered an evacuation of at least one apartment building. Police confirm the man was apprehended around 4:17 a.m. Sunday.Police did not have any other immediate information to release.
