Man gets life sentences for raping boys he had promised to help

A judge called Timothy Harrow one of the worst "monsters" he's ever seen before sentencing the South Side man to several life sentences for raping three young boys. Harrow, 47, ingratiated himself with needy families to get close to their young sons, victims and a prosecutor said. When a Columbus police SWAT team raided his house on Sussex Place Drive, officers found him in bed with a 10-year-old boy, detective Brian Sheline said after Friday's sentencing.
